In 2007-2008 ACORD NGO collaborated with International Labour Organization in the framework of the project "Elimination of human trafficking from Moldova and Ukraine thought the labour market based measures". This project had contributed to the facilitation and development of the favorable conditions for the youth mobility and to the improvement of the environment in the area of labour migration. ACORD had an active role in creation of the professional organization in the filed, being a member of the initiative group and being a promoter of the international standards in this domain on national level.

Other high significance implemented international  Projects  are:

“The economic and community development in Moldova through interuniversity partnership: UASM – USCN” sponsored by US Department of State, having as partner North Carolina State University. Project objectives focused upon intrer-university relations and co-operation, academic staff exchange, strategy, curriculum and course development, communication and administrative services to other NGOs, academic institutions, governmental organizations and private sector of Moldova. During the  years 2005-2006  Acord has  managed and  provided technical assistance in  a number  of Project activities with important tangible outputs in the area of post-harvest technologies.                                                                           

Another Project assisted in the implementation by Acord is «The Ecological Agriculture: Principles and Practices for the Republic of Moldova».  This Project was financed by the British Council in the years 2002-2003. The activities implemented by Acord contributed to the consolidation and dessimination of the principles of ecological production in Moldova. There were elaborated and published publications, organized seminars, lectures and presentations for producers, academic  staff and students with agricultural education.  The Project was one of the pioneer project  in the introduction of concept of Ecological/Organic Agriculture in Moldova, and initiated the university education  in this domain. 

                            

A large experience in many  areas was gained during   the implementation of the TACIS Project "Assistance to the development of Education, Research and Consultancy Services in Agriculture of Moldova" (2000-2002). In the framework of this project  had been started innovative activities in the university education with implementation at the State Agrarian University of Moldova. The ACORD staff considerable contributed  in establishment of the contacts  with partners form Great Britain and  Sweden in order to facilitate the mobility of students, which further became one of the basic activities of  ACORD NGO.

ACORD staff is open to collaboration and cooperation with other NGOs, governmental and private organisations  in elaboration of project proposal, implementation of projects in the areas stated above.
